If you think someone is committing resettlement fraud, you can complain about this.
If you think the person you are complaining about works with UNHCR, you can complain to UNHCR (through the Inspector General’s Office).
If you think the person you are complaining about works with the International Organization of Migration, you can email them to complain.
If the person you are complaining about is pretending to be a migration agent, you can complain about them to the Australian Government. You can complain without telling them who you are (anonymously).
If you want to complain about someone who is a registered migration agent, you can complain to the Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority. Make sure you check that they are registered before you complain. You have to give them permission to tell the agent who you are and to give them copies of anything you give them as part of your complaint.
