Navi was born, raised, and schooled in Fiji; both parents are Fijian. He worked in Hospitality and Tourism in Fiji and his most recent role before leaving Fiji for Australia was Business Development Manager, Wholesale for the InterContinental Fiji Resort and the Sofitel Fiji Resort. Navi arrived in Australia on Valentine’s Day 2015 and started to volunteer for Australian Red Cross from June of the same year. Navi is currently employed by Red Cross in Sydney in a Reception/Administration role.
