Fast-tracking decisions

This table lists decisions by federal courts relating to the new system of refugee status determination for people who came by boat, known as ‘fast tracking’.

Thanks to the Andrew & Renata Kaldor Centre for International Refugee Law for helping prepare this database, and to the Legacy Caseload Working Group convened by the Law Institute of Victoria, which came up with the idea.
