SRSS payments factsheet

This factsheet is provided by Welfare Rights Centre, a not-for-profit organisation and community legal centre that provides free legal advice and representation to thousands of NSW residents every year who are adversely affected by Centrelink decisions. It was last updated in May 2018.

This SRSS payments factsheet provides information for people who may be eligible to receive Status Resolution Support Services (SRSS) payments. The SRSS program provides support to people seeking asylum while their visa applications are being assessed. This can include accommodation, income support and case management.
