This table lists decisions by federal courts relating to the new system of refugee status determination for peopleĀ  who came by boat, known as ‘fast tracking’.

Thanks to the Andrew & Renata Kaldor Centre for International Refugee Law for helping prepare this database, and to the Legacy Caseload Working Group convened by the Law Institute of Victoria, which came up with the idea.

Use the scroll bars on the right and the bottom to get more information. You can also limit, sort, download and view a record of a single case. If you think another case should be added, please fill in this form to update the database. It will be verified before being published.
