Statistics on people seeking asylum in the community

ACT

The graphs on this page show the nationalities and postcodes of people living in the ACT.

There are relatively few people on Bridging E Visas in the ACT. However, the number has increased slightly in recent months.

They are widely dispersed through postcodes.

Most are from Sri Lanka and Iran.

As there are fewer than 10 people in most age groups, a graph is not included here. However, consistent with the population in general, most are under 36.

Most of them are male.
