Each year, RCOA produces a summary of refugee-related spending in the Federal Budget. These summaries analyse spending in a range of areas including the Refugee and Humanitarian Program intake, the general migration program, settlement services, multicultural affairs, reception and processing of asylum seekers, immigration detention, border and regional security measures, overseas aid and multilateral assistance, broader human rights measures.
