The ‘fast track’ process is a new process used by the Australian Government to determine if a person is a refugee. It applies only to those who arrived in Australia by boat between 13 August 2012 and 31 December 2013.

- how to refer a person seeking asylum to get legal assistance from the Asylum Seeker Resource Centre (ASRC) in Victoria.
